Commission Procedure

Payment method: wise/ kofi / streamlabs

Working time: 1-3 months after starting depending on workload for non-urgent requests.

① Waitlist: order are based on the time I accepted the request

② Draft: 1st payment (at least 50%) will be collected. Major and Minor revisions are allowed, however, please send an adjusting request as one message only.

③ Colour Draft: Draft may be messy. To be used as reference only. Only minor revisions are allowed, please state your request such as atmosphere, colour palette in advance.

④ Rendering Progress: I may send a progress update from time to time or on requests, only minor revisions are allowed. Details may differ from the final product in this stage.

⑤ Final revision: Second Payment will be collected when the art is about 90% done. Please ensure you are prepared to pay within 72 hours of the invoice being sent out.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial price is based on difficulty, urgency and the required usage, please reach out to me/ specify in request form if you would like to commission for commercial art.

Commerical price usually ranges from +50% to +100% of total price.

No additional charge for indie Vtuber activities such as celebrational art or song/stream covers. This does not include design, model, merchandising or physical printing in any form however. If you are unsure of what your need falls into this category it can be discussed when I accept your request.
