
Terms of Service
By commissioning a project from me, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Commission process
1.1. Requesting a Commission

To request a commission, please submit a request form to me through my email, twitter or Vgen. Provide clear details of what you're requesting, including references, description, and any other specifics.

Please specify if you would like to commission for commercial use prior to submitting a request form. I do not accept changing of commission type (personal to commercial and vice versa) during the commission process. .

Commission requests are not first come first serve. I can only take a small amount of commissions per month due to my limited capacity.

Urgent commissions may be unavailable on certain months as I can only accept urgent commissions based on my availability for the month.
1.2. Agreement and Payment

Once I confirm availability and agree to your commission request, I will put you on a waitlist and notify you before I start the commission.

All commissions must be paid at least 50% upfront after the draft has been confirmed by the client.
1.3. Completion Timeframe
-
Estimated completion time per project is approximately 1-3 months (excluding feedback time) after starting. Please note that the timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload.
2. Usage Right
2.1. Personal use

Upon completion and delivery of the commissioned artwork, you will receive a high-resolution file (if applicable).

You are granted a license for personal, non-commercial use of the artwork e.g., social media profile, personal wallpaper and some vtubers activity (specified below).
​

Indie vtubers specific: my personal rights includes indie Vtuber activities such as celebrational art or song/stream covers.

This does not include design, model, merchandising or physical printing in any form
2.2. Commercial use

If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, merchandise), you must discuss and obtain a separate commercial use license prior. Additional fees apply.

Commercial price is based on difficulty, urgency and the purpose of commission, please reach out to me/ specify in request form if you would like to commission for commercial art.

Commercial use does not include NFT or AI use/ training
2.3. Artist rights

I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon. This includes social media, websites, and other marketing materials.

For personal commission, please credit my name when using the art.
​

Please do not edit, trace or resale my art without my permission.
3. Revisions
3.1. Initial revisions (draft)
-
One major and unlimited minor revisions are included during the sketch phase., However, please send all adjusting requests as one message only. Any additional adjusting requests afterward will not be accepted or I may charge additional fees.
3.2. Revisions after initial phase

Only minor revisions are allowed prior final delivery of the projects

There are three feedback stages in the commission process: Draft (sketch) and colour draft and final revisions. Any revision request outside of the feedback stage will be denied.

Any changes beyond the initial scope (e.g. altering the composition, major design changes) will not be accepted beyond sketch phase.

Please note any skeb-like commission does not include any revision.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Client-initiated cancellations
-
If you wish to cancel a commission after work has begun, you may receive a partial refund based on the progress completed. If the work is still in the initial stages, a full refund may be granted.
4.2. Artist-initiated cancellations

reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am unable to proceed with the project for any reason (e.g., illness, personal emergency). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Communication
5.1. Communication time
-
I will allow a 5 day feedback period after a progress update is sent out. Once this period has expired, no adjustment is allowed.

Failure to respond within 7 working days will result in termination of commission unless due to unforeseeable circumstances. If this occurs at the final delivery of the art, the art will be delivered as usual and it is automatically assumed no adjustment is needed.

I usually take around 1-3 days to reply to messages, if the wait time exceeds 3 days, I may have missed your messages, please kindly remind me again.

Please be respectful and clear in communication. If any issues arise, we can work together to find a resolution, but abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Delivery and file formats
6.1. Digital delivery

Once the artwork is completed, I will send the final file to you in the agreed format (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PSD). I am not responsible for any issues that arise from file handling on your end.

I may keep the file up to 1 month after the delivery.I cannot guarantee to send the files again after this period if the file has been lost by any means.
6.2. Additional files

I do not allow requests for layer separation after the final art has been delivered. Please specify any request in the commission form prior the commencement of commission including PSD requirement.
7. Liability

I am not responsible for any delay in delivery of the final art due to delayed response from the commissioner.

I am not liable for any damage, loss, or issue that arises from using my artwork, including any misuse of the artwork once delivered.
8. Amendments to terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may not be communicated to you before they take effect if it’s prior to the start of commission.
